Meet The Founders

Marissa Confair

Our founder and lead designer, is a distinguished artist and sneaker customizer. Her work for eMCee Kicks has garnered international interest and recognition from eminent media figures across the country. Marissa recognized a significant gap in the footwear customization market for DIY products and subsequently invented KickStix.

Kefim Simmons

Our COO, holds a business degree from Georgetown University and has accrued a successful 14- year career on Wall Street. Since 2019, Kefim also serves as the Chief Operating Officer of KickStix parent company eMCee Apparel, L.L.C. and Co-owner.

Marc Scepi

Our special advisor, is a seasoned professional in the footwear and fashion industry, possessing extensive expertise in innovative design, development, and production of footwear and accessories. Currently, Marc is the VP of Design at GREATS and a partner at NRS Custom X, a cutting-edge custom sneaker platform.
